County Reads

PELC was happy to participate in County Reads this year.  We asked “What did you learn today?” and received a huge number of answers.  From those, one was chosen by ballot as the winner!  Anne Preston walked away with a copy of each of the 5 books being defended this year!

PELC received $150,000 Trillium Grant!

PELC received an Ontario Trillium Foundation Capital Grant for $150,000 to be used to purchase a new location! Kathy Kennedy (PELC Executive Director), Mayor Robert Quaiff, John Blake (OTF), Patti Wolfe (PELC Board President), and MPP Todd Smith
